Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious and well-equipped but lacked adequate lighting, making it difficult for my wife to do her makeup. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and attentive staff. The location was convenient, close to many shops and restaurants, offering a nice break from the busy Dallas scene. However, the dining options were limited and overpriced.
Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. While the rooms were clean and neat, they felt a bit dark, especially the bathroom where the lighting was dim. However, the hotel lacked some typical amenities like complimentary water and had an unexpected valet charge. The service was very accommodating, with attentive staff, although we did not find some services readily available. The location was lovely, with plenty of nearby dining options, but some improvements in lighting and ventilation would make it even better. The dining experience was delicious but came with a high price tag for the offerings. The facilities were decent, although a few enhancements could be made to improve the overall guest experience.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The location was superb, with plenty of places to explore within walking distance. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. However, dining options were somewhat limited, and there were occasional inconsistencies in pricing. Overall, a great value for what you get.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reserved room had a great view and was clean and spacious, though it took another complaint to get it right. The service, even though we didn't use all amenities, was top-notch with the front desk staff displaying great people skills. The location couldn't be better, surrounded by shops and in an entertainment district. The dining experience was pricey, but the options were varied, though not comped like other places.
The Renaissance hotel offers nice and very clean rooms with a beautiful view of the fountains and trees from our balcony. The banquet food was awesome, making it a great experience overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly convenient as the rooms were spacious and just a stone's throw away from the conference rooms, breakfast restaurant, and hotel bar. However, I did notice a strange odor in the room. The fitness center offered a decent variety of equipment but nothing extraordinary.
